TBDM organizes and manages the following types of records:

• Breeeding, Litter and Kitten records - maintains all data required to register litters.
• Cat records - maintains detailed and complete information for each cat including CFA, TICA, ACFA, ACA registrations!
• Expense records - track expenses and income for your cats!
• Veterinary records - maintain complete vet records including expenses for each cat
• Health records - allows you to maintian a complete record of your cats' health related information
• Phenotype records - maintain accurate evaluations of any cat in TBDM's database!
• Picture records - mantain digital pictures of your cats!
• Show records - TBDM allows you to track all show information for the cometition in each ring.
• User definable records - add your own record types to TBDM's ten predefined general record types!

TBDM has excellent reporting capablity! - You can preview our reports, print them on your printer, send them by E-Mail or even FAX them directly from our program through your modem*! Also, you can export these reports to several different file formats such as Microsoft Excel, WordPerfect and Microsoft Word. Here is a partial list of reports you can print:

• Breeding reports - prints all information for a breeding, or breedings, prints information sorted by dam, sire, breed and date
• Litter reports - Litter reports closely match the format of the fill-in sheets for the major registries.
• Kitten reports - prints all information about your kittens, also allows you to print detailed notes about your kittens first few important weeks after birth
• Show entry forms - You won't have to hand write those darn forms anymore!
• Cat information reports - TBDM Prints all information you have recorded for your cats including any detailed notes you may have recorded
• Certified Pedigrees - 4 and 5 generation pedigrees - Pedigrees can be printed with pet names, color, CFA, TICA, ACA, or ACFA registration numbers, birthdate, inbreeding coefficients along with a picture of your cat!
• Reverse Pedigrees - up to 10 generations!
• "What if" Pedigrees - Just enter in the dam and sire and TBDM will automatically compute and display the pedigree
• Inbreeding coefficients - can be calculated for each pedigree! Find out how inbred your line is!
• Stud and kitten contracts - TBDM provides a basic contract body, and you can define as many different contracts as you want and use them in TBDM!
• Expense reports - prints expenses by by cat, breed, and date
