TBDM organizes and manages the following types of records:

• Breeeding, Litter and Puppy records - maintains all data required by AKC Regulation 3-A and
  USDA.
• Dog records - store detailed and complete information for each dog
• Expense records - track expenses and income for your dogs!
• Reminders - TBDM can track and remind you of important dates such as when annual shots, heat cycles, whelpings or shows are approaching!
• Veterinary records - maintain complete vet records including expenses for each dog
• Health records - allows you to maintian a complete record of your dogs' health related information
• Judge Critiques - TBDM gives you the ability to judge the judge! TBDM offers exceptional judge tracking capabilities. Finally, you can track and critique judges by show, dog and breed. With TBDM you can view all the records and notes you have entered for records for a judge to determine if you want to show under that judge or to detemine what a particular judge likes or dislikes.
• Phenotype records - maintain accurate evaluations of any dog in TBDM's database!
• Picture records - mantain digital pictures of your dogs you can print these in your pedigrees!
• Show records - TBDM allows you to track all conformation, obedience, hearding lure coarsing, and field trial information. For obedience shows, TBDM uses advanced spreadsheet technology to auto-tabulate obedience points. Also, you can track expenses for both entries and agents. In addition, TBDM tracks major wins, qualifying scores and high in trial wins!
• Contact Lists - store all of your breeding contacts and group them in lists. Example lists are puppy owners, breeders, vets etc... TBDM even prints the lists in zip code order for mailing labels and you can add as many list types as you want!
• User definable records - add you own record types to TBDM's ten predefined general record types!
• Contracts - allows unlimited stud and puppy contracts to be created and used, or use our predefined contracts!

TBDM has excellent reporting capablity! - You can preview our reports, print them on your printer, send them by E-Mail or even FAX them directly from our program through your modem*! • Certified Pedigrees - 4 and 5 generation pedigrees - Pedigrees can be printed with registration numbers,call names, OFA and CERF numbers, whelp dates, inbreeding coefficients along with a picture of your dog!
• Inbreeding Coefficients - Inbreeding coefficients are calculated and can be printed on any of TBDM's Pedigrees!
• Reverse Pedigrees - up to 10 generations!
• "What if" Pedigrees - Just enter in the dam and sire and TBDM will automatically compute and display the pedigree
• Stud and puppy contracts - TBDM provides a basic contract body, and you can define as many different contracts as you want and use them in TBDM!
